Exhibitions in 2024:

So we may be a little late in posting this, as we are almost into April and have already attended three exhibitions this year, but as we have done over the previous decade and more we will be hiring a van and getting ourselves all over the country showing off what we do and how we can improve your project. 

After adding the new Exeter Build It Live exhibition to our list of events last year we are now at 8 over the course of the year. This years events and dates are:

We have a new exhibition on our list this year with us exhibiting at the Build It Live exhibition in Exeter.

The event over the weekend of the 9th and 10th September 2023 will be held at the Westpoint Arena and we will be on stand number P33. We will have our Lewis Deck system on show for you to have a look at.

Chris will be on our stand over the course of the weekend so if there is anything floor related you wish to discuss please head down and have a chat with him.

What’s On at Build It Live South West Build It Live 2023

Our next exhibition, following on from the successful Homebuilding & Renovation Show, is the Build It Live event in Bicester.

This 2 day event, held at the Heritage Centre in Bicester, is on over the weekend of 11-12 June. At the exhibition we’ll have our Lewis Deck system on show along with information on all of the other systems we supply.

The National Self Build & Renovation Centre throws it’s doors open for it’s winter exhibition on the 15th/ 16th October.

Luckily over the last 12 months or so the NSBRC, in Swindon, has been able to keep it’s doors open while other, one off, exhibitions fell to the restrictions caused by the pandemic. Mid October it throws the doors wide open to its traditional late year exhibition that we will be attending for the first time in 2 years, as the 2020 event was cancelled.

Paul will be on our stand (171) for the full 2 days so if you are attending the even please call over and say hello. The event is free to enter as long as you have ordered your tickets before the day. This is generally the busiest event the NSBRC puts on throughout the year, and the centre is still running at reduced numbers, so we strongly recommend you pre-order your tickets so that you don’t miss out.

BuildIt Live returns to live exhibitions over the first weekend of October when the Bicester show kicks off on Saturday 2nd October.

This two day event sees CDI at an exhibition for a second weekend in a row. Here, we will have a couple of our Lewis Deck stand on view and Chris will be in attendance over the full weekend. Bicester is an ideal show to attend if you are looking at carrying out a self-build project as it is set on the same site as the Graven Hill Self Build Development, where Lewis Deck has been used on a number of occasions.

For the first time since February 2020 we can finally say, with a fair degree of certainty, that we are going to be exhibiting this month.

On the 24th September The Homebuilding & Renovating Show returns with their ExCel Arena exhibition in London.

October 16, 2020

The next exhibition to be held at the National Self Build & Renovation Centre is to be held from Friday 16th – Sunday 18th October.

As with the previous exhibition held last month there will be a number of restrictions on the event due to the required social distancing requirements within the building. As such we have taken the decision not to attend the event but our stand will still be there to view (stand 171) and you will find the necessary details there to get in touch with us.

We have another virtual exhibition coming up! Over the weekend of 19-20 September we will be part of the Build It Live Online event. The last online event went incredibly well and so we are expecting the same this time around.

July 25, 2020

The next show being held at the National Selfbuild & Renovation Centre in Swindon is a little different to normal due to the current conditions surrounding social distancing. As such this event is now an “open day” as oppose to a full blown exhibition.

Due to the required restrictions the main difference with this “show” is that the majority of exhibitors will not be attending this event, including ourselves. You can still find out about our systems however as the there will be ways of getting in touch with us on the day. You’ll be shown how to do this when you arrive.

You will need to register for this event as the number of tickets for each of the 2 days (not 3 as normal) and there will only be a certain number of people allowed in the building at any one time.

National Selfbuild & Renovation Open Day

As Covid-19 pandemic has caused the cancellation of a number of events over the last few months including a couple of Homebuilding & Renovating Shows they have come up with the novel idea of holding a “virtual” exhibition in July.

This exhibition, being held between July 24th and 25th will give you the opportunity to hold “Zoom” type meetings with us and a large number of exhibitors that you would normal expect to see at the NEC, Sandown and the other events that has fallen by the wayside due to the current lockdown situation. By the end of July we may be passed the worst of it, fingers crossed, but it is still going to be a while before the normal of being able to visit, and exhibit, at exhibitions will be able to happen.

As with the live events, both Chris and Paul will be available over the 2 days to be able to chat with and ask questions of. So if you were planning on visiting the real shows back over the last few months this will be an ideal opportunity to meet up and ask those questions you have or even just find out more information on a system that you may like the idea of using.
